In advance, we will create a comprehensive schedule and coordinate with your chosen
suppliers, family, and friends. Our goal is to execute your plans to perfection. We will also
collaborate with your DJ if required to finalise the music and ensure all vendors are paid.
On the day, our team will lead the coordination onsite for up to 10 hours, with two skilled
Event Assistants dedicated to making your event flawless.
